E-cigarettes are meant to threaten national security, the electronic cigarette market or the roof

Sputnik news network reported that the Russian parliament, the former chief health inspector Gennady oliver has (), Gennady Onishchenko, the ria novosti news agency reported, electronic cigarettes and nicotine atomizer not only harm health, but also may pose a significant threat to Russia‘s national security, and calls for electronic cigarettes as tobacco class, treated with the cigarette products. 

 

E-cigarette, or e-cigarette, is a small hand-held device used to atomize the flavor of tobacco oil for use by users. The tobacco oil used usually contains nicotine, but not always. The use of electronic cigarettes is sometimes called vaping. 

 

Tobacco companies and e-cigarette advocates insist that vaping‘s threat to health is much less than smoking, and that it does not produce what is known as "secondhand smoke". But opponents say that the vapors produced by e-cigarettes actually contain carcinogens that actually contribute to the number of smokers, not fewer. 

 

He told ria news agency that the equipment had posed a serious public health threat to Russia, but unfortunately many of his former colleagues were more concerned about the economy and investment. 

 

Ornishchenko said: 

 

"International tobacco giants like Philip morris like to take advantage of this. Their representatives are being invited by the government to talk with people in charge of public health about the smoke bomb in our country. I think such a proposal is a direct threat to Russia‘s national security." 

 

He dismissed claims that the tobacco lobby is against electronic cigarettes, points out that the tobacco companies is highly unlikely to fight their own product, and now they are trying to sell these products to implement anti-smoking law countries. 

 

Ornishchenko warned: 

 

"Such rumors usually come from unethical scientists and ‘tobacco lobby‘ pr. When comparing atomizer and cigarettes, they tend to emphasize everything but the most important ingredient in the atomizer. The vaporizer ads claimed that the steam produced by the devices contained no substances in cigarette smoke, but they did not mention that the steam contained nicotine. "More and more people, especially young people, are addicted to nicotine because of the atomizer," he added. 

 

He noted that e-cigarettes were developed as a response to some important anti-tobacco legislation passed in many countries, and that such a move could be addressed through appropriate regulation.
